Stars Show Up to Grammys Showing Off New Cosmetic Surgery

At last weekend's Grammys awards show, dozens of stars turned up sporting new faces thanks to plastic surgery. With plenty of scrutiny surrounding the 54th annual Grammys, there were lots of viewers speculating about who might have had plastic surgery. Whether they deny it or openly admit to going under the knife, it's no secret that dozens of top stars have gotten a little work done.

Though it's all a big guessing game about who has gotten surgery or cosmetic injections, and who's simply been eating right and getting lots of rest, this year plastic surgeons noted that the general trend has been positive. This year, the Orange County Register spotted fewer stars who looked like they'd had surgery one too many times, and more stars who simply looked great.

Dr. Terry Dubrow, a Newport Beach plastic surgeon, commented “Good overall plastic surgery at the Grammys.” He also said that more stars are opting for a natural look, even if they do decide to get cosmetic surgery, “And the results reflect this tendency.” Many surgeons have also noticed that this trend seems to have extended to their other patients, who are increasingly asking for a natural appearance after getting their nip and tuck.
